Reference Sheet: [link] Name: Ying Age: 12 almost 13 Element: Air Style: Bending style: The basic Ba Gua (Eight Trigram Palm) with a hint of Hsing Yi- mind heart boxing (Ba Gua and Hising Yi are what Airbending is based from) mixed with Yīng Zhăo Pài (Eagle Claw) and a very small influence of Hou Quan (Monkey Fist), only in her staff work. Residence: Mainly the village of Haru in the Earth Kingdom, Formerly the Western Air Temple Eyes: Grey/blue (More Grey than Blue) Hair: Black Skin: Fair/Pale Height: About 4' 6" Info: An Airbender who is the last surviving member of a small group of Airbenders, Nuns and a few non-clergy from the Western Air Temple, they died out, leaving Ying alone. She took the last Flying Bison at the Temple, her own bison names Boh, to leave the Temple. After arriving in the Earth Kingdom, she felt the bison was too suspicious, and let him go. She became a citizen of the Earth Kingdom, and lives with Haru and his family. She usually would hide her ability to Airbend, but has made a decision to embrace her culture, and thus joined ER VII to be able to Bend, hoping it would be a place she could Airbend without getting into trouble. Special: The playful and easy-going personality of Ying is reflected in her, although small, use of the Hou Quan style, with moves incorporating use of her staff and acrobatics. Though her more serious side is shown with her use of the Yīng Zhăo Pài style, which is a very complex fighting style. Ying is normally very playful and a bit of a jokester at times, she likes to poke fun at many things. Though she was a Nun-in-training, so she is very thoughtful, meditative, and examines situations, many times she ends up over thinking things. (I'll put some videos of the styles she uses later) |

We were the Kings and Queens of Promise,
We were the phantoms of ourselves.
Maybe the children of a lesser god,
Between Heaven and Hell,
Heaven and Hell.

But I know, one ,must practice in not making OCs into Sues or Stus. I had this one character who was very Sue-ish at first, but I refined her into a much better and more believable character. And sometimes in stories, the main character(s) seem Sue-ish, but at times, I think they're allowed to be. It would be a very boring story with out that.
